ZK77 Terms and Conditions – Platform Rules & User Agreement

1 Agreement & Acceptance

By accessing the ZK77 platform at zk77.im — whether through a desktop browser, mobile browser, or any other device — you are confirming that you have read, understood, and agreed to be fully bound by these Terms and Conditions. This agreement is effective from the moment you create an account or place your first bet on ZK77, whichever comes first.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, your only recourse is to stop using the ZK77 platform immediately and request account closure. Continued use of any ZK77 service constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms as they stand at the time of use.

These Terms and Conditions apply to all ZK77 products and services, including cricket betting, football betting, virtual sports, baccarat, jackpot slots, and any promotional products. Additional terms specific to individual promotions or product categories are supplementary to these general terms and must be read alongside them — in case of conflict, these general Terms and Conditions take precedence unless the product-specific terms expressly state otherwise.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain a ZK77 account, you must meet and continue to meet all of the following conditions:

• Age: You must be at least 18 years of age. ZK77 does not permit gambling by minors under any circumstances. If you are under 18, you must not attempt to register or use the platform.
• Jurisdiction: You must be accessing ZK77 from a location where online betting is not expressly prohibited under applicable local laws. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online betting is legal in your specific location before registering.
• Single Account: You are permitted to hold only one ZK77 account. Opening additional accounts — including through family members' details, shared devices, or third-party assistance — is strictly prohibited and will result in all accounts being closed.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration — including your name, mobile number, date of birth, and payment details — must be accurate and current. Providing false information is a material breach of these terms.
• Not Self-Excluded: If you have previously requested self-exclusion from ZK77, you are not eligible to register a new account. ZK77 will close any account discovered to have been opened in breach of an active self-exclusion.

ZK77 reserves the right to request additional documentation to verify your identity and eligibility at any point during your use of the platform. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending resolution.

3 Account Security

You are fully responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your ZK77 account credentials, including your username, password, and any one-time passwords (OTPs) sent to your registered mobile number. ZK77 will never ask for your password via phone, email, or live chat.

• Do not share your ZK77 login credentials with anyone — including family members or friends.
• Do not access your ZK77 account from shared, public, or untrusted devices.
• Notify ZK77 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• Enable two-factor authentication (2FA) where available on your account — ZK77 strongly recommends this for all players.

ZK77 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to protect your login credentials. However, if ZK77's own systems are responsible for a security breach, we will take full responsibility for affected player accounts and resolve the matter promptly.

4 Deposits & Payments

ZK77 accepts deposits via the following payment methods fully supported for Pakistani players: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, SadaPay, IBFT bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard debit and credit cards. The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500.

• Deposit Limits: ZK77 allows players to set voluntary daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, deposit limits can be increased after a 72-hour cooling-off period to ensure the change is intentional.
• Own Funds Only: All deposits must be made from payment methods registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts — including accounts belonging to friends or family members — are not permitted and may be refunded or result in account suspension.
• Currency: All transactions on ZK77 are conducted in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All amounts displayed and processed on the platform are in PKR — no currency conversion is required or applied for Pakistani players using local payment methods.
• Processing Time: Easypaisa, JazzCash, NayaPay, and SadaPay deposits are credited to your ZK77 wallet instantly. IBFT transfers may take up to one business day. Card deposits are processed in real time subject to your bank's authorisation.
• Failed Deposits: If a deposit appears to fail but funds have left your account, do not attempt the transaction again before contacting ZK77 support. Duplicate transaction handling is covered in our support policy.

5 Withdrawals

ZK77 is committed to fast, reliable withdrawals for all Pakistani players. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 1,000. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible.

• Processing Time: Easypaisa and JazzCash withdrawals average under 20 minutes. NayaPay and SadaPay withdrawals typically complete within one hour. IBFT withdrawals process within one to three business days. VIP members receive priority processing.
• Verification: ZK77 may require identity verification before processing withdrawals, particularly for large amounts or for first-time withdrawals. Required documents typically include a CNIC copy and proof of the payment method used. This is a one-time process for most players.
• Wagering Requirement: If your account balance contains active bonus funds subject to a wagering requirement, only the portion of your balance that exceeds the locked bonus amount is available for withdrawal. Completing the wagering requirement releases bonus-derived winnings.
• Withdrawal Refusal: ZK77 reserves the right to refuse or delay a withdrawal if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, breach of these terms, or if the account has not met applicable verification requirements.

6 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all ZK77 products. Product-specific rules for cricket, football, baccarat, slots, and virtual sports are published in the relevant sections of the platform.

• Bet Acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once ZK77 has issued a bet reference number. Bets not confirmed by the system are not valid regardless of any technical display issue.
• Odds Changes: Odds are subject to change at any time before a bet is confirmed. ZK77 will not honour pre-change odds on bets placed after an odds update unless the change was caused by a platform error on ZK77's part.
• Voided Bets: ZK77 may void a bet or selection if a sporting event is cancelled, abandoned, or suspended without a result being reached. Void selections in accumulators are removed, and the remaining selections stand. Stake on a fully voided bet is returned to the player's ZK77 wallet.
• Obvious Errors: ZK77 reserves the right to void any bet placed on odds that were published due to a manifest error — such as odds that are clearly incorrect relative to real market prices. ZK77 will notify affected players and return their stakes.
• Accumulator Rules: Accumulator bets require all selections to win unless otherwise stated in the specific market rules. A single void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg. Winnings are calculated based on confirmed odds at the time each bet was placed.
• Settlement: Bets are settled based on the official result declared by the relevant governing body. ZK77 may temporarily delay settlement pending official confirmation if results are in dispute.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

ZK77 runs promotional campaigns from time to time, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free bets, and VIP rewards. All promotions are subject to these general terms and any specific conditions published alongside the individual offer.

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses carry a wagering requirement — typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount — that must be completed before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The specific requirement is published for each promotion.
• Time Limits: Bonuses must be claimed and wagering requirements completed within the timeframe stated for each promotion. Expired bonuses are removed from the player's account automatically.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may generally only have one active bonus running at a time on ZK77. Claiming a new bonus while an existing one is active may forfeit the existing bonus — check the specific terms before claiming.
• Eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to newly registered ZK77 players only — one per person, per household, per device, per IP address. ZK77 reserves the right to determine eligibility for any promotion at its sole discretion.
• Abuse: ZK77 monitors bonus usage patterns. Players found to be exploiting bonus offers through systematic low-risk betting strategies, arbitrage, or coordinated wagering may have their bonuses cancelled and be excluded from future promotions.
• Changes: ZK77 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time. Players with active bonus balances at the time of a promotion cancellation will be given reasonable notice and time to complete applicable wagering requirements.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on ZK77. Any player found to have engaged in these activities will face immediate account suspension, reversal of affected transactions, and permanent ban from the platform:

• Opening more than one ZK77 account for any purpose.
• Providing false, misleading, or another person's identity information during registration or verification.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets, access the platform, or manipulate odds.
• Engaging in or facilitating match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any form of sports corruption that could influence a betting market on ZK77.
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing mistakes to gain an unfair advantage — players who discover such errors must report them to ZK77 support rather than exploit them.
• Coordinating bets with other players to manipulate payout structures, VIP point accrual, or promotional eligibility.
• Accessing ZK77 through a VPN, proxy server, or any anonymising technology in order to circumvent geographic or account restrictions.
• Attempting to access another player's account or ZK77's backend systems without authorisation.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ZK77 platform — including but not limited to the ZK77 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, images, odds data, statistics, and promotional materials — is the intellectual property of ZK77 or its licensed content providers. All rights are reserved.

Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the ZK77 platform for personal betting purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Copy, reproduce, or redistribute ZK77 content for commercial purposes.
• Use ZK77's branding or trademarks without written authorisation.
• Scrape, crawl, or extract data from ZK77 using automated tools.
• Create derivative products or services based on ZK77's proprietary odds, data, or software.

10 Limitation of Liability

ZK77 provides its platform and services on an "as is" basis. While we make every reasonable effort to ensure uninterrupted service, we cannot guarantee that the platform will always be error-free, fully available, or completely secure.

• ZK77 is not liable for financial losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors outside our control, or internet connectivity issues on the player's end.
• ZK77 is not liable for losses arising from a player's own betting decisions. All bets are placed voluntarily and at the player's own risk.
• ZK77's total liability to any individual player for platform errors shall not exceed the value of the affected transaction or, in the case of a system-wide error, a reasonable remedy as determined by ZK77 in good faith.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits ZK77's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.

11 Responsible Gaming

ZK77 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its duty of care towards players seriously. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all ZK77 account holders and can be activated at any time from your account settings or by contacting support:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on how much you deposit. Reductions take effect immediately; increases take effect after 72 hours.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that remind you how long you have been active on ZK77, encouraging you to take regular breaks.
• Cool-Off Period: Take a temporary break from ZK77 for a period of your choosing — from 24 hours to six weeks. During a cool-off period your account is suspended and you cannot log in or place bets.
• Self-Exclusion: Request permanent or long-term exclusion from ZK77. Self-exclusion is processed immediately upon request and can be requested for a minimum of six months. ZK77 will not send marketing communications to self-excluded players.

12 Account Closure

Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZK77 support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance will be refunded to your registered payment method, provided all applicable verification and withdrawal conditions have been met.

ZK77 reserves the right to close any account at its sole discretion for any of the following reasons:

• Breach of these Terms and Conditions.
• Providing false registration information.
• Evidence of fraudulent, criminal, or prohibited conduct.
• Failure to complete required identity verification within the stated timeframe.
• Prolonged inactivity — accounts with zero balance inactive for more than 12 consecutive months may be closed after prior notice.

In cases of closure due to terms breach, ZK77 reserves the right to withhold bonus balances and any winnings derived from prohibited activity. Real-money deposits will be returned to the player's registered payment method following investigation, except where funds are implicated in criminal activity or fraud, in which case they may be held pending legal proceedings.

13 Disputes & Complaints

If you have a complaint about any aspect of your ZK77 experience — a bet settlement, a payment issue, a bonus query, or anything else — the correct process is as follows:

• Step 1: Contact ZK77 customer support via live chat or email at support@zk77.im. Provide your account details and a clear description of the issue. The majority of complaints are resolved at this stage within 24 hours.
• Step 2: If you are not satisfied with the initial response, request escalation to a senior support manager. Escalated complaints are reviewed within three business days.
• Step 3: If the escalated response is still unsatisfactory, you may request a formal review. ZK77 will provide a written final decision within ten business days of receiving a formal review request.

ZK77 will not accept complaints regarding bets placed more than 30 days prior to the complaint, except in cases of proven platform error where the evidence was not reasonably discoverable within that period.

14 Governing Terms

These Terms and Conditions represent the complete agreement between you and ZK77 regarding your use of the platform. They supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements relating to this subject matter.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

ZK77's failure to enforce any provision of these Terms and Conditions shall not constitute a waiver of that provision or ZK77's right to enforce it in the future.
